Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Foodex iPhone app and foodex.space, provided by Evergoods Holdings LLC.
Using Foodex
Foodex is a food collection and personal Dish Log app. You may use it to photograph meals, identify and confirm dishes, save personal notes and places, and build a collection. You are responsible for using Foodex lawfully and for the content you save or share.
Food and cultural information
Dish identification, names, histories, categories, and other editorial information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Foodex is not a medical, dietary, allergy, or food-safety service. Verify important information with an appropriate source.
Your photos and Dish Logs
You retain ownership of your photos, notes, and other personal content. In the current release, private Dish Logs remain on your device unless you deliberately export or share them. You are responsible for maintaining any copies you want to keep.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices and subscription periods are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Foodex, attempt to disrupt its services, scrape or copy protected catalogue content at scale, or use the app to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Features, catalogue content, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for safety, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Foodex is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy. Evergoods Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Foodex.
Apple App Store
These terms are between you and Evergoods Holdings LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Foodex or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where applicable to an App Store download.
